This was my first big furniture purchase from pacific home. The staff was extremely nice and helped me design my new bedroom, I just moved to Hawaii from California and this is the best quality furniture I have found so far! Really beautiful and unique. Delivery team was great!!
Just want to take a shout out to Elise and the team at Pacific Home. She literally went above and beyond to find a solution to a “simple” problem: find a way to get my furniture delivered by Thanksgiving. This was in no way as simple as it seemed, but Elise found a way, and managed to stay calm even when I was starting to get anxious. They worked around my schedule—also not an easy feat—and now my house full of guests for the holidays have something to sit on! The furniture is beautiful, and on this day of giving thanks, it is appropriate I give it.
Elise and Caitlin worked with my wife and I to find the perfect furniture for our space. They were able to personalize our experience and make recommendations tailored to our home.
