-RUSH SERVICE SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FROM SOME VENDORS AND CAN BE QUOTED
-the majority of our full priced items include shipping to the dock on Maui, Oahu, Kauai and the Big Island
-delivery and installation available on all islands
-you may choose between dock pickup, curbside delivery and in home white glove delivery
-items ship from the mainland warehouses and the Maui warehouse
-inter-island shipping is a separate fee and will be calculated using current inter-island shipping rates
-we handle all issues that can arise from damages to warranties giving clients protection they would not have when ordering from a mainland company and shipping the goods on their own.
with the Hawaiian Islands being the most remote island chain in the world, goods have to make a long journey to arrive here and do not always arrive safely and without damage and many people are left without any recourse or solution when their items arrive in Hawaii with damage or defect.
at pacific home we take the stress and hassle out of the shipping process by handling all aspects of the shipping process from order processing to overland and over water transit all the way installation in your home or at your project site. when you order through Pacific Home you have recourse and protections as we handle any damage claims or warranty claims that need to be processed once goods arrive.
Pacific Home coordinates full service, white glove delivery on all islands. We can also work with you to coordinate dock pickup and can provide a curbside delivery should you so prefer. delivery is calculated by island and by region of each island. some items may incur a shipping surcharge which will show in the cart at order checkout. delivery and installation services are available on all islands but you may also choose to use your own delivery service and/or pickup at the dock. delivery fees covered standard deliveries, however difficult or non-standard deliveries can be quoted based on the location and items to be delivered.
LEAD TIMES:
lead times vary by vendor and product. ready made and in stock items average 6-10 weeks to oahu, maui and the big island and 8-12 weeks to all other islands.
custom north carolina upholstery items have an average construction time of 4-6 months depending on the time of year. transit to hawaii once the custom piece leaves the factory averages 5-7 weeks.
hawaii is the most remote island chain in the world so products must traverse long distances over land and water to arrive here. based on that factor and factors such as weather, acts of god, supply chain issues, labor issues, and issues related to the COVID pandemic, there can be unexpected delays. if you are on a short timeline, please contact us to assist with your product selection as we can provide in stock options only that will reach hawaii most quickly.
