We fulfill orders from our network of mainland warehouses as well as our local Maui warehouse facility.
- Included Dock Shipping: The majority of our full-priced items include shipping to the local dock on Maui, Oahu, Kauai, and the Big Island.
- Inter-Island Freight: Items requiring inter-island transfer are subject to separate fees calculated at current inter-island transit rates.
- Checkout Surcharges: Select oversized or specialized items may incur a shipping surcharge, which will automatically display in your shopping cart at order checkout.

- In-Store & Local Showroom Stock: Ready-made, in-stock items from our local store can be delivered directly to a Hawaii home within days (Maui Homes) or within 2 weeks to other islands (exclusions apply).
- Mainland Warehouse Stock: Ready-made items shipping from mainland facilities generally arrive within 4–8 weeks to most islands.
- Custom Furniture Orders: Custom pieces are tailored to your specifications and can be ready in as quickly as 3–4 months, followed by standard ocean transit to Hawaii.
- Rush Shipping Services: Expedited freight processing is available through select participating vendors and can be custom-quoted upon request.
